Meet the Author

Frank Azzopardi was born on the upper east side of Manhattan and raised in New York City, surroundings that allowed him to develop a sense of creative individuality and led to a life dedicated to art and design. He earned a bachelor’s in fine arts from the Parsons School of Design and painted scores of residential murals throughout New York City following graduation. Feeling client input was cramping his style, he went underground and started working with different forms of personal expression. His creative persona, along with his artistic lifestyle in one of the most diverse and vibrant cities in the world, allowed him to view basic architectural forms in a new light.
