A good resourse for those who have vivid and/or recurring dreams.

While I found this book a little too Freudian (too many dreams attributed to sex), it provided some interesting insight into the particular dreams I have on a recurring basis.

    I Also Recommend:

    Difficult Read

This book uses a lot of psychology terms and an extensive vocabulary. I would not reccomend it to beginners. All in all it is a pretty usefull book and I would reccomend it to readers who have an expansive vocabulary. I have a college degree, but have to read the passage over three times, some times to get what the author is trying to convey.
