    Fantastic Meals, Great Variety

    My wife and I began using this cookbook on January 2nd as part of our New Year's resolution to lose weight. It's now January 27; I've lost 15 Lbs and my wife has lost 8 Lbs. We have several favorite recipes. Beef Satay is my personal favorite; it's simple & delicious!
