With busy hectic schedules and a very important need to stay conected and play together with our family, I looked to this book for new ideas. at the store I browsed under the card game section, and this one stood out. It did not disapoint. Easy to read and understand, a must have for any family. Especially if you want to get away from video games and TV time. Read this book, practice a few games with the family, and you can play the games anywhere-camping, waiting in airports, and at home. I even play some of the games with with my 8 year old son, while my daughter is in dance class. Good games for young and old. We've played Pig with 9 extended family members at Christmas time, and I've learned new solitaire games. Plus relearned old favorites. Good fun! I also bought a couple copies with new set of cards as gifts. Great in a gift exchange
