Banana Split Pizza

1 white or vanilla cake mix

1 egg

1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

1/2 cup flour

1/4 cup powdered sugar

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

8 ounces whipped topping

1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained

2 bananas, thinly sliced.

1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Caramel ice cream topping, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, egg, and butter together. Mix in flour. Spread dough thinly to cover a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet. Bake 10-14 minutes or until a light golden brown. Allow to cool completely. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and whipped topping together. Spread over cookie layer. Top evenly with fruit and nuts. Drizzle caramel ice cream topping over top, if desired. Store in refrigerator.

    great find

    this recipe book is so easy and fun to use. my 10 year old and her friend make something from it every weekend. easy to use easy to read and easy to follow. recipes are tastie. most ingredients we already have in our cubbard. i have already recommended this to family and friends.

    Great Fun!

    I bought this book because I love to cook and wanted something different. This was just the answer. I have made a few of these recipes and they are great! This book is a lot of fun and a good catch.

    Great!

    I never thought I would need a second one, but the recipes here are every bit, if not even better, than the ones in Ashcraft's first book. Great!
