Zucchini and Onion Salad

4 medium zucchini, thinly sliced

2 large sweet onions, thinly sliced

1/3 cup chile sauce

1/3 cup olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

In a medium pan, cover zucchini with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until crisp-tender, drain and then place in a large shallow pan. Add onions. Combine remaining ingredients until well blended; pour over vegetables. Chill several hours, or overnight. Drain before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.
