    Truly A Pocket Book Of Widsom!

    "101 Tips for Recovering From Eating Disorders" comes from the heart and offers readers hope, transformation and encouragement on their journey.
    As a practitioner of acupuncture and Chinese Medicine this book gives me tools to help my patients with eating disorders. Their struggles in overcoming these diseases should not be underestimated or undervalued. They need a village of resources for physical and psychological recovery. Amy Barth shares her experiences, and gives back so much more.

    She offers you powerful tools, activities, and inspiration to assist and guide you. This is an easy to read pocket book packed with wisdom, kindness and tough love.
