    Way too obvious

This book covers the most basic principles that anyone already knows for communicating with others. 'Try to communicate with others with a successful outcome in mind' (nuh-uh, really?). Says what to do, and gives no advice or feedback on what can be done to achieve it. The only thing going for this book is the cover. Don't buy into it.
