You're my Angel ; By Kiana

    [Chapter 2 - The Voice]
"You should be safe here..." someone whispereddistantly and was quiet again. The voice sounded melodic and soothed me despite the loud screeching tires that came after the person spoke - every word spoken from the mysterious voice made everything else disappear and all I heard was that voice.
"Angelina!" Another person called out and I felt something around my waist. Alarmed, I sat up and stared at the person wide eyed.
Oh, Bryan.
"Are you okay baby?" Bryan said with worry all over his voice and he brushed away the sticky hair pieces off my cheek. He looked at his hand briefly before looking at something above me in panic. "Are you hurt? Where are you hurt baby? Tell me Angelina!"
"No, I'm not hurt." I said quietly and looked up at him, confused and lowered my gaze to his hands. It was my turn to panic. I grabbed his hand and looked at the bright red crimson blood on his hands. "Bryan! What happened? Why are you bleeding?!?!"
Bryan's bright grey eyes held me for a few second and glanced at something behind him before he suddenly picked me up in blinding speed. I tried to protest but my weak hands had no affect against his strong hild. I worried about him picking my 114 pound body with his bloody hands when I noticed the car behind hime. The whole side was totaled but the driver was fine - just another ordinary teenage driver. He had scratches and bruises all over his right arm, but nevertheless he looked fine. People crowded around him and a few were crowded around Bryan and I.
"Give us some room!" Bryan's deep voice barked out and his hold on me tightened as the people started to slowly move away. Once everyone was gone and we were a good few miles aeay from the accident, Bryan brought me to the outdoor hoses and gently placed me on the benches. He cleaned his hands and came back with a few wet towels. He wiped off the stickiness out of my cheeks and hair before he tended my arms. I didn't notice that I was injured until he touched my injuries. I looked down at my arms and gaped at the blood and scratches.
"What happened?" I whispered out in horror and cleaned my arms myself as Bryan sat down beside me. I placed the towels away and nestled closer into Bryan, borrowing his warmth.
"Well you were skipping around and a car came. Luckily you moved out the way or else you would've been the one that was totaled too." Bryan took my tiny hands into one of his big hands while the other stroked my hair.
"But I.." I looked down at my hands for a while and was confused for a moment. What happened? I didn't move..
"But you what?" Bryan asked softly and attentively as he brought my face up to look at him with his finger under my chin.
"I didn't move out the way.." I stared at his abnormal bright grey eyes, horror and confusion painted all over my face.
"Sure you did Angelina. If you didn't you'd be.. dead." He swallowed the last word and looked away briefly. Both of us didn't want to image nor think that.
"But I didn't Bryan. I didn't move. Someone or something pushe me out the way!" I whispered out desperat<_>ely at him, trying to reason on what happened.
Bryan looked back at me, something odd flashed through his eyes before he sighed and brought his hand up to my forehead. "Ange, you probably hit your head pretty hard to forget you moved. Come on. Let's go home. I'll drive too."
- Chapter 2 continued next result.
