    AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE

I bought this newer edition after seeing the reviews for the old edition. The complaints on that edition were that there were many mistakes in the answer keys and even within some questions. Princeton Review actually posted a correction sheet for the book. Well, this book isn't much better. There are still errors in the text. For instance, I was reading the answer key for a question that was a "check all that apply", the explanation went into detail about why selections "D" and "E" could be eliminated, but when looking at the original question, there are only 3 choices. Therefore, there is no "D" or "E" option. This was enough to get me to close the book and call them in the morning. If there were so many errors in the first edition and there are errors in the second edition, I will no longer be purchasing Princeton Review products. My suggestion is to stick with ETS materials. They are, afterall, the ones who produce the test.

Definitely worthwhile to do lots of extra practice problems. The book breaks it down into sections so you can work more on areas specific to where you feel you need the most practice.
I have this book and the regular Cracking the New GRE from Princeton Review and both have many errors in the book such as typos, reprinting the same information twice on the same page and a few answers in the answer section had answers to different questions. Seems like they didn't edit their 'New' prep book very well prior to releasing it for the New version of the test. However, this was pretty easy to work around and I still feel I benefited greatly from using the Princeton Reviews prep books.

    Ok

This book is helpful because it does give you the tons of practice problems but like others have said, there are many mistakes in the answer key and tends to be frustrating
