Editorial Reviews

Gionna Dudra
Fascinating cook book! The Greek history was excellent reading and I was surprised on how healthy spices and herbs can be. But the real heart of the book is the authentic Greek recipes. I was able to whip up a delicious Greek meal with all the extras including my husbands' favorite, Baklava. Finding a single recipe in this book was a snap too! From table of contents just click and go right to the recipe. The colored pictures of each meal gives you a look at the complete meal! Well worth $2.99 !!
