I had always kept a companion (printed) version of a similar book nearby for inspiration until I found better use in giving it to someone who needed Lincoln's Yarns and Tales. The outright genius, creativity, humor, wisdom, divine revelation, comfort, goodness, right thinking, even tempered guidance offered by our 16th President are timeless and even necessary.

There are numerous quotes that are repeated a few pages later or weakly reworded, so the total of "136" is very misleading. There must be so many possible choices from this great man's writings or speeches to have chosen from. This looks like a very disrespectful, shoddy & thrown together effort. It was a most unimpressive introduction to "e-books"!
