Fact 1: There is a type of lizard that squirts blood from its eyes onto an attacker!

The regal horned lizard of North America has a funny way of defending itself. It will stop the blood from flowing out of its head.
The pressure builds up until it breaks the blood vessels in their eyes. This will squirt blood out of their eyes. They can squirt blood three-and-a-half feet 1.1 meters or more!

    Celia

Owls go great on purses and shoes and pants and shirts and head bands and nail polish patterns. Everything goes great eith owls except food. I do not want to eat owl meat. It will just taste and look like a chicken. Why does everything so cute like owls deer and bunnies have to be eatin by human beings? It is so cruel to be the person (not me for sure) of killing cooking and eating these poor little animals. I should be the one. Just kidding. HELP SAVE THE ANIMALS!

    Sucked!

This sample book sucked! You could only read the first few pages of the publishing information. Then I purchased it hoping to get the rest of it and got nothing more. Waste of a dollar!

    Recommended for beginner reader

This is a wonderful book for kids who like wonderful, "icky", creepy, crawly stuff found in nature. It is a very quick read and great for a beginning reader who is into science.
