Go ahead and make Dried Apricots Stuffed with Cream Cheese and Walnuts, and Fresh Linguine with Garlic and Poppy Seeds because it looks delicious - AND IT IS! This is a great book for starters and people already Vegetarian. A new lifestyle to make you healthy and happy which I know I will use for years. In these pages, they share their favorite discoveries with you, including plenty of tips that can save you time and trouble in the kitchen. Best of all, they provide a wide range of innovative recipes that achieve “from-scratch” results in a flash. Susan Geiskopf-Hadler and Mindy Toomy will delight you with 200 quick, easy, and delicious recipes the whole family will love. This book is WONDERFUL. The recipes are easy, with commonplace ingredients - things already in your kitchen. I was struggling a little to come up with vegetarian meal ideas. This book has done a great job of filling the need. I haven't found a recipe so far that I don't like. The sauces are great, and a wonderful resource for other dishes. Very pleased. Makes cooking without meat a delight!
