About the Author

Tami Dillon was diagnosed with celiac disease nearly 15 years ago when mainstream grocery stores didn’t carry gluten-free products and helpful information was scarce. Out of necessity, she has become an expert in how to live every day gluten-free. She has taught elementary school for 15 years and loves all things Disney. Tami lives in Oregon with her husband and two children.

Bonnie Root, Tami's mom, has been in the kitchen since age 8, often making something delicious out of nothing special. She recently retired from being an early elementary educator to be a grandma nanny every day. Bonnie’s grandkids love joining her in the kitchen while she makes her next yummy, gluten-free creation for her daughter and family to enjoy.
