    Solid structure for healthy eating

    Most of all I want to start eating healthy, I also wouldn't mind losing weight &, finally, I know to do these things I need a planned structure for it. This book provides the structure to eat like you know you should. As you read, its guidelines will ring true from what you've heard for years from the top nutritional research.
