Not a diet book but a scientifically grounded look at how the food industry has worked so hard to keep us blindfolded. Her information is sited and without spending my whole life trying to find it right or wrong, my instinct is to say, "well duh!" We should eat as our bodies were intended to eat, not eat what a factory chemically produced and mashed into the form of a cracker. I read this and it made me think seriously about what I want to put in my mouth. Most impacting was the chapter about cholesterol. Is my doctor wrong? - probably!

finally a diet book for folks who think the moon landing was faked. in a nut shell your fat because the fruit lobbyists and the entire medical community is conspiring against you.

It seemed to me that this is basically the atkins diet summerized. That's just my take on it.

This book goes against any basic nutritional facts that are out there claiming that these things have never been proven. Well they missed the scientific journals I have read in college.

Exactly. And its nothing with yourv wifi. It apears and sometimes it doesnt. Mostly rps with 100 and up people have been swiped. Ive checked around and that happend But their more likely to be destroyed because there only one result of the book. Not 100 like at SL
