The book is essentially doing what it's teaching, and what it's teaching is essentially to make as much chatter as possible. I've heard development directors, executives, and more go in and on about how amazing this book is and how good its ideas are. As a result I've gotten slammed by useless webinars that teach nothing and advertise, and seen dozens run around in circles failing to understand why their social networking is counter productive. Good manners and an initiative to be social does more for most people who read this that I know. Bottom line: Same tier as the, "Get rich quick, here's how, just buy this book." Translation: "I need contacts, here's how, add me on twitter."
