As a woman in my mid 40's I found that my motivation had fallen short. 20 lbs younger has gotten me back on track with easy eating advice, fitness tips and lots of other little health boosters that are really simple to do to improve how I feel and look... it's very different from other books it doesn't make me stick to a set diet, which enables me to keep enjoying my life while I lose weight. Written for women 30 something and over . I personally don't have 20 lbs to lose, more like 10, But am using the recommendations of this book to look and feel younger : Mindful eating, meditation, strength training, yoga, cardio.
