I admit, I'm only of those computer geeks that have too much time and equipment. Eventually, the combination of the two lead to the path of making music. For mostly any type of pop music, rhythm is the glue that binds the song together. For me, it's also difficult to get right. This is a great guidebook to generate new ideas and quickly get you moving on new patterns. Hide it when your friends come over.
