Salsa Cheese Dip
1 (16-ounce) jar chunky salsa or picante sauce
1 pound mild Velveeta cheese, cubed
Makes 10-15 servings
Combine the salsa and cheese in a greased 3 1/2- to 4 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 1 1/2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
