In early 1987, Penny Kelly and her husband, Jim, purchased fifty-seven acres of land, complete with a 100-year-old house, a dilapidated barn, and two small vineyards. At the time they knew nothing about raising grapes.

Since then, they have remodeled the house into a rental property, and turned the barn into their home, office, and small learning center. They are in the process of restoring the soil, vineyards, and some of the natural habitat that had been lost. In addition to her BA, Penny has earned a degree in naturopathic medicine, and is working toward a Ph.D. in nutrition.

A professional astrologer for over twenty-five years, Stephanie Jean Clement, Ph.D., was a board member of the American Federation of Astrologers and a faculty member of Kepler College and NORWAC. Her books include Charting Your Career; Dreams: Working Interactive, What Astrology Can Do for You; The Power of the Midheaven; Charting Your Spiritual Path with Astrology; Meditation for Beginners; and Mapping Your Birthchart.

David was originally trained as an elementary school teacher. It was here that he learned how to present complex ideas in a simple manner. He then went on to gain a Master of Science Degree in Experimental Metaphysics from Central Washington University. His formal education complements his many years as a practicing professional astrologer, and his life long study of yoga and meditation, thus giving him an in-depth awareness of the field of metaphysics.
