Meet the Author


Ken Blackburn is an aerospace engineer and the Guinness World Record holder for paper airplane time aloft (27.60 seconds). He works for Jacobs Engineering (Sverdrup division) at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida, performing research on small, unmanned air vehicles.

Jeff Lammers is an engineer and entrepreneur based in Florida. He flies small planes in his spare time.

    Cute, fun, tiny and all of them DO fly!! (at least up until the calendar date of this review)

    Got this for my mechanically-inclined 7 year old and he loves them and has been able to fold most of them by himself. All of them have flown (not sure why the other reviewer said they don't) and they fly differently based on wings, tail, etc. Really cute and some fly quite far. He loves them. Great gift...

    Just don't fly....

    These planes were just too small. They do not fly, but they are fun conversation piece.
