The first few days of the calendar were terrific; they were funny and true. After the first week or so, however, the quotes and comments became very negative and demeaning towards kids/men/etc. Of course motherhood isn't easy, but it's the best job in th world and well worth the hardships. I would have preferred the calendar to continue to be uplifting and inspirational. I believe you can build up women and mothers without resorting to demeaning and snide remarks about men/boys/kids. I'm disappointed, will not buy it again, and am glad I didn't pay full-price. I am still debating if I'll keep it or just recycle it.

Bought this stocking stuffer for Mom @ Christimas. She has it on her desk @ work and reads it every day. Has made several comments that shows it is a gift that lasts all year.
