The illustrations are typical E. Monkton, as is the storyiine underneath. Each new page is a laugh, and most are quotes to be shared. If you are a fan you will love the calendar. If you haven't heard of Edward Monkton - you will still love the calendar, and find yourself hooked enough to want to try his books. Begin with The Pig of Happiness and on to Zen Dog. I think I may need to order that calendar, too.
