    One of the Best Cookbooks for Babies

    So I'm a not a new mom, it's my second go around. I didn't make baby food with my first child because I didn't realize I could do it myself. So this time around, I was determined to make my own food so I started reading a few cookbooks ahead of time to arm myself for when my new baby arrived. This book changed my life because I didn't know that all the produce I had been buying contained pesticides and chemicals. What an eye-opener! Needless to say, I certainly don't want to give my new baby foods high in pesticides and I don't want to consume them either!

    I have not gone 100% organic, but I do take highly into consideration the toxic twenty list that the author speaks about and I buy organic whenever possible. My overall awareness about organic food has improved because of this book and the recipes include nothing but wholesome ingredients! Unlike some books where, infant cereal recipes contain store-bought cereal, this book tells you how to grind your own oatmeal and rice cereal into a powder!

    My baby is 8 months old and I have a deep-freezer full of food. My husband thinks I've gone crazy but he smiles at the budget every month! I printed some of the free labels from the authors website and I'm so proud of my organic baby purees! This book is great, I highly recommend it! I actually bought the book in hardcover and on my nook. So I have it on hand all the time!

    This is great!

    Managing the baby's diet now that the bottles are being phased out had been challenging! The grocery store's baby food selections are so limited and some of the bottled meal options smell awful!! Plus, we were very dissatisfied with serving the same old meals. This book is a godsend and totally solves the problem! We can now literally plan meals and it has added a whole new dimension to feedings. Baby is going to love foods and flavors that I don't even eat regularly. What a great way to develop the kid and avoid the picky eater syndrome later when she starts eating solid foods! This book is a permanent fixture to baby's diaper bag! I highly recommend every new mom or dad to add this one to go along with baby! Super easy recipes!!

    This book looks nice and pretty but there are only a few images

    This book looks nice and pretty but there are only a few images in it. I really don't like the odd shape of the book because its awkward to hold and read. As for the information in the book, it's ok. The section on storing is not great at all and I am left wondering why there is not more guidance. Some of the recipes were great for my 8 month old but any were not so great when the princess spit it right back at me. I'll file this away or donate it to the library.
