    Title of book is misleading

This book is about dealing with difficult people in the workplace only, not what I was looking for. I wanted a book that dealt with difficult people in general, in any situation. No where in the title or information on your site about this book suggested that it was only about people in the workplace. I was disappointed and others will be too if they're not interested in just the workplace. For me, my money was wasted because of the lack of info. presented to me about this book.
