I have lost weight before with weight watchers but this really simplifies what to buy and eat. People ask how and instead of trying to explain the point system now I tell them just read the book! After all, what do you have to loose, but weight? ;)

I thought it was very simple and educational...everyone has their own opinion, but if you are serious about loosing weight and tired of making excuses then you should read this and put it to use.

I have seen some of the concepts but it really put things in perspective for me. I have already lost 7 lbs.
I can't tell you how many people I have seen who "do without" and think they are on a diet. They really need to read this!

Downloaded using the nook app like your suppose to and loved the book! If your a career dieter that reads diet books for entertainment, NOT for you!
If your looking to follow a plan that works I recommend it. GREAT for beginners. It's definitely a book on "simplifying" weight-loss.
Quick and to the point, not a lot of fluff! Quick read and worth the money!

Mainly a short, simplified version of common sense food planning. Nothing new here for me, but it's a good review and for many folks, I suspect this new. No denying it works! Good summary.
