Overview

Drawing wisdom from the Zohar, this short kabbalistic text redefines this legendary period of time as a window for individuals and communities to reach “messiah consciousness.” That means it’s up to people, not some celestial savior, to ignite global change. All the natural disasters poverty, revolutions, anarchy, are wake-up calls to a fragmented humanity. The end is near, but as Yehuda explains this really means “the end of dominance of the human ego. In its place we will experience the unleashing of our true selves – the illuminated human soul.” There must be a critical mass, a certain threshold of transformation to capitalize on this window, and when that occurs, the peoples of the world will function as one body while still appreciating our differences. Our collective minds have the power to bring an end to negative consciousness and birth a new existence right now.

    Short but thought provoking read

As near as I can tell, no one has bothered to give this a decent review, so I thought I should try. This is a spiritual booklet (30+ pages) based on the religion of Kaballah. The title is a little misleading as the subject matter really doesn't have a whole lot to do with the 2012 prophesies. However, I enjoy spiritual views, so I enjoyed it nonetheless. While I have not studied Kaballah specifically, I did see sparks of truth in spiritual beliefs that I adhere to. A lot of the principles are very similar to that of Taoism. That said, I simply could not subscribe to everything the author had to say. The instructions to learn all the names of God is in direct opposition of Taoist beliefs that the source cannot be named. What I'm trying to say is, read this article, but also use your critical thinking skills when doing so.

This book is small and a fast read, yet it contains great wisdom

This book is small and a fast read, yet it contains great wisdom based on the Kaballah. The author presents information from Kabballah to back up his explanation of recent events, 9/11, and how it relates to 2012. It is an interesting approach and I recommend it to people who wanting to understand what the big deal about 2012 is. Basically, 2012 is not momentous if you already have your heart in the right place. As for others, they have a choice to place their hearts right. Thank you Yehuda Berg for this wonderful little book!

I started book on Sunday March 2012. We have heard about End of Days by many people in this country. It could be for 5 weeks away or 5 years or even 5 billion years into the future. This does get you thinking about this year in December 2012 will end. Well we will have to wait and see do we people. I think this was very interesting book. I have learned alot in this book.
