This quest leads the candidate deeper and deeper into intrigue. The cat and mouse game she plays with the assassin is tracked by hostile elements within the media, raising questions about exactly who and what her enemies are. There is much more at stake than the Presidency, or even her own life. Risking all, Fiona undertakes one more battle for human decency.

Meet the Author

Deborah Montesano is a writer, astrologer, and former psychotherapist. She has written a number of editorial columns that have been published in Arizona newspapers and did a stint as community columnist for The Arizona Republic. While her roots are in Ohio and Michigan, she's been firmly planted in the desert for over 30 years--along with husband, daughters, and grandsons.

Metaphysics is both a hobby and an avocation. For her, life is a mystical experience and she pursues many different, magical paths to knowledge. The I Ching and the Tarot are Deborah's favorite oracles; they inform both her thinking and her writing.     Loved the suspense!

    Imaginative plot with suspenseful storylines. Many characters faced risky situations that kept me hooked. Set in the future with messages on unity that we could benefit from right now.

    Very Enjoyable

    I really enjoyed this book. It's suspenseful as well as thought provoking about the state of our society. The main character is very likable and I genuinely cared about what happened to her. I highly recommend it!

    If you are into the metaphysical it is a good book.

    Most metaphysical books are written as factual, but this is a novel. It is not the best written book I have read, but taught a good lesson and was a good read.
