    I Also Recommend:

Huge returns on a small investment

This lovely little book is an art education writ small. The mini-book format, perfect to slip into a large pocket or small bag, is a beguiling traveling companion. For art historians and the uninitiated alike.

'It's like having a museum in your pocket...'

This is a fantastic little book! I was seeking a book that would give me a little knowledge about art history and I came up with this. The pictures are fantastic and crisp. The paper is of good stock and it is very durable for a paperback. Granted, it will not give you any deep, in-depth information on various periods in art history, but I think that's why I like it so much. After all, if you enjoy looking at art, that's exactly what you want to do- SEE THE ART, not read about it. For the casual art admirer, this book gives just enough information to get you familiar with some of the great artists of our time. Would make a great little gift for any art lover!

    Excellent

This book is great for both beginers and experts. It provides examples of many different and important artists and just enough information on each. If you need ideas or just knowledge about art I definately recomend this book.
