Anytime people start talking about Eucharistic Adoration, one question always seems to come up: "A whole hour? What'll I do for a whole hour?" The purpose of this little book is to present at least a partial answer to that question enough to encourage you to give it a try if you've never done it, or to offer some additional suggestions if you've already spent some time in Adoration and would like to experiment with more ways to pray while you're there.

"Vinny Flynn played an important role in my life of worship when I came back to the Catholic Church. His new work, 21 Ways To Worship, has something for everyone when it comes to developing a life of intimacy with God. This is what we are going to be doing for eternity, so now is the time to begin."

"Vinny Flynn has done it again! With his fun, accessible, and faith-filled style, he gives us yet another key to unlocking the mystery of Christ's Eucharistic love. This time, he shares the secrets to "keeping it real" before the Lord's Real Presence. This book is more than just another devotional; it actually teaches us how to pray, and it does so in a way that's holy, humorous, and human. Enjoy the book. Enjoy the Lord."

"You're in for a treat! Author, Vinny Flynn takes us by the hand and guides us towards the Blessed Sacrament. "Don't be afraid, come as you are," he seems to say, as he gently explains how to bare our souls to be truly present to Our Eucharistic Lord. You'll surely be motivated by the author's enthusiasm! This is a terrific book - a real gem - a brilliant tool to help deepen our prayer lives."

Meet the Author

Known to many as the man who sings the Divine Mercy Chaplet on EWTN, Vinny Flynn has been involved in a ministry of mercy for over forty years, using his gifts of teaching, writing, counseling, music, and prayer to help people understand the teachings of the Church and open their hearts to the healing touch of Gods love.

As a teacher and counselor for fourteen years, Vinny experienced first-hand how much healing is needed in the world. Feeling called to respond to this need, he began using his gifts in full-time religious ministry. His powerful teachings on Divine Mercy, Mary, the Sacraments, and the Fathers love have made him a popular speaker at parish missions, conferences, and retreats.

A former Executive Editor at the Marian Helpers Center and former General Manager of Divine Mercy International, Vinny was actively involved in spreading the message of Divine Mercy, presenting workshops for religious and lay leaders, and writing or editing various Divine Mercy publications, including the official English edition of the Diary of St. Faustina. His personal, straight-forward style of writing makes theological concepts and the teachings of the Church come alive with new meaning and relevancy. Co-author of The Divine Mercy Message and Devotion, Vinny has also published articles in various Catholic periodicals, including Catholic Digest, Legatus, Queen, Columbia, Marian Helper, and The Friends of Mercy Newsletter.

Vinnys book 7 Secrets of the Eucharist has been acclaimed by Cardinal George Pell as a must read for Catholics. Published in 2007, the book has remained on the Top 10 Best Sellers list for Ignatius Press. Now in its 20th printing (over 100,000 copies sold), 7 Secrets of the Eucharist is also available as an audiobook (2 CDs). A Spanish edition has also been released, and Italian, Polish, and Portuguese editions are in progress.

Vinny is currently Director of MercySong, a family-based 501(c)(3) Catholic not-for-profit ministry dedicated to bringing healing to others by leading them to a personal experience of the Fathers love through music, teaching, writing, counseling, and prayer.
