I have purchased several recipe books for my Nook Color both costly and not. This one is wonderful. I am on weight watchers. Most recipes in this book are easy to figure the WWplus 2012 points when I use the WW calculator. Most of the recipes I have tryed are the healthy updates of old favorite comfort foods. I will use this book often.
