    Great book and recipes!

    I really love this diet plan. It's the only one my husband and I have had any success with. We found it easy to follow and the recipes were very simple to make. The recipes are not only super healthy but also flavorfull and satisfying. It's been proven to have all kinds of benefits and this book makes it easy to incorporate it into your lifestyle.

    Wonderful, easy to read, inspiring recipes! Great weight loss supplement!

    The Mediterranean diet Plan is not a fad diet, its stood the test of time, it works and this book explains in all with phenomenal recipes, guidelines, and recommendations! If you're busy, and don't have time for a lot of the fluff diet books out there, and the resources to prepare and spend alot on preparing food for yourself, this is the book for you! If you've been frustrated with other diet plans, I highly recommend trying this book out. It will make you a Mediterranean diet convert, if you aren't one already.

    Delicious recipes and great diet!

    This is the best diet plan I've encountered. The recipes are delicious and easy to make. The book is full of great information, is simple to use and is very well organized. Research shows that the Mediterranean diet is proven to fight cancers and improve longevity and I can attest that it really works in losing weight as well. I highly recommend this book.

    Great information, even if you don't need to lose weight.

    This book was very informative as well as interesting. It indicates how this specific way of eating is extremely healhful and delicious. Eating this type of diet is very preventative for many diseases, and can also extend your life expectancy. The recipes included are very easy to follow, and delicious, especially when prepared with Ayhan's Famous Dressings! I would highly recommend this book for anyone who is looking to lose weight, or just wants to clean up ther eating habits, and live a healthy lifestyle.

    Authentic, concise, and fun to read

    This book is very well organized and provides easy to make recipes that taste great in a very concise manner. I enjoyed the recipes a lot and like the authentic flavors. The recipes represent the authentic eastern Mediterranean food, which is very healthy and flavorful.
