I already have a bunch of Low-sodium/no-sodium cookbooks so for me I knew alot of what was in this book. It did have some good recipes though. If you are starting out trying to cut down on sodium this book would be a great help. You wouldn't believe how much sodium is in every day products. It's such a shame. I have to make my own products now that my husband has a sodium-restricted diet.
