I was very entertained and the story could well be a glimpse into the future of mankind just as described. I have to admit it was a little to long and the ending dragged on a bit, but overall i like it. Im going to read his other books the rising and lagoon. I give it a good 3 star just because i really enjoy science fiction and this book kept me reading till the end

    Needs Serious Editing

This book was 560-some pages. Cutting it in half would STILL have been too much.

The story started out pretty good, but just got lost in the middle. You could literally remove 200 pages in the middle and not notice. It really added nothing to the story and just seemed to be there just to stretch out the numer of pages.

There were several times where I actually thought I had accidentally flipped back 10 or 20 pages, as the author repeated whole paragraphs almost word for word.

Don't waste your time on this one.

    Not worth the time

I found the aurthors repitition of how the human race is a desiese on the planet over and over through the book to be off setting. I ended up stopping 3/4's through the book and deleting it from my library

    Lousy writing/editing

I 've read 16 pages so far and have lost count of the errors. How embarrassing for this author. Please study basic sentence structure before writing again. Also, please use a dictionary. The word 'fauna' would be a good place to start.

    hate it

This author truly has some issues. Humans are evil and the scurge of the Earth. Get over it. How many times in 200 pages can you say man raped the planet. I doubt very much that you have zero impact on the planet. I only finished the book so I could feel justified in writing this review.
