I have long been interested in a plant based diet, but had difficulty larning how to change my cooking habits. I really appreciated the time the authors took to put a 30 menu together and provide all of the receipes. So far, my family has enjoyed everything I have cooked. None of us are diabetic, but we believe in healthy eating to prevent dieses. I highly recommend this book for anyone who is diabetic or who is just wanting to learn more about healthy, plant based mean planning and cooking.

When I started this diet/lifestyle my A1C was 6.9. Thirty days later its down to 6.0. The food is tasty and I did not miss the meat. The only negative is the prep time for the meals.
