    I tried it and it worked!

    The Doctors Eades have offered us some new twists to the old carbohydrate restrictions and have helped me immensely. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to end their battle with their weight or a loved one's. It only takes a little while to discern the difference in this diet and others. Go for it. Barbara
