I was looking for a cook book to help me eat a little healthier and to break the cycle of pizza, burgers, and eating out. This book has a good variety of recipes that a real person would eat. No tofu and not much in the way of expensive, exotic ingredients. Most of the recipes have ingredients that I have actually heard of and think taste good.
