    Adds a little variety to your menu

    I was looking for a cook book to help me eat a little healthier and to break the cycle of pizza, burgers, and eating out. This book has a good variety of recipes that a real person would eat. No tofu and not much in the way of expensive, exotic ingredients. Most of the recipes have ingredients that I have actually heard of and think taste good. It would be a nice addition to your kitchen library.(even for a bachelor)

    Don't have time on your hands

    A variety of recipes on different foods. Overall good book, do be conscious that although title is 30 minutes cooking, preparation for some of the dishes is longer than 30 minutes.
