ANNA ABERG is a former Miss Sweden who has also been a model and Miss Hawaiian Tropic. She works as a personal fitness trainer, and lives with her children, Elli and Ethan, and her fiancé and father of her son, Paul Anka, in Los Angeles, California.

    do it my way

    i am so proud of my wife, if you saw her body, you would buy this book right away, she has 2 children her stomach has a six pak. she is such a role model for all the women out there. stick to her rutine and you will se results. she has extended my life with 10 years due to her expertise in health and fitness. love always your husband Paul Anka xoxo

    JUST BUY IT!!!!

    What an unbeliveble good book. it has everything you ever needed.
    I'm so blown away!
    I'm not even pregnant, but doing the exercises. i have a 6-pack, like i never had before this book. i truly, truly recommend it. you will not be dissapointed!

    great book

    i am so happy, i have recomended this book for all people, women , man etc.
    i feel so good it has changed my body, made me stronger mentaly and physicly. i hope anna makes another follow up, i am so in love with her view of fitness !!!! :-)

    Love it!!

    I've been struggeling with my weight all my life.. I walked by this book at the bookstore and couldn't resist to buy it. I've been following the excersises for three months now and I've lost 30 pounds. The way my bodyposture has changed, I never thought was possible. I really recomend this book to everybody, just follow the program and you'll not be disappointed!
