I expected a little more from the book. It gives basic info about plants, fruits and herbs as to the health benifits that could occur. I expected more info on how to adminaster or prepare the plants. Mainly this book gave me ideas to improve eating habits. Im now going to buy another book to get more info. Specificly, what the plants/herbs/fruits can cure and hiw to administer them. Disapoited in the vegness. Does give basic though such as ginger might help withmotion sickness.... Aloha
