My wife and I are both very good cooks, and enjoy a wide range of culinary interest. This is a top drawer cookbook. These are kitchen tested recipes that produce consistently good results. We have great confidence in them We love to give small dinner parties, three or four couples, and delight the guest with interesting and adventurous things to eat. We have enough confidence in this book that we will use any one with confidence that the results will delight. Good food does not have to be complicated, provided you know what you are doing. Rick O'Connell knows what he is talking about.
