    Good Format, Good Material

I am VERY picky and do a lot of research before I buy things (annoyingly so). I picked this book along with The Toddler's Busy Book because I looked thru them at the store and almost every page was something I would like to do with my daughters. It does show age ranges and each page has one activity (they are numbered 1 to 365). This might be dumb to some people, but I like the quality of paper and printing, as well as the font and stuff. It is inviting and makes me more interested in reading it. Every page also has a scribbled picture on it which helps you know more instantly what the activity is about. Looked through about six other well-rated activity books for toddlers and liked these way better. To give you a better idea, here are some activity titles: Games to Play in a Restaurant, Bedtime Safari (hide stuffed animals around room and use flashlight to find them), Texture Box, Counting Songs, Handwashing Games, Sockduster Games (they help you dust), and You've Got Mail (they make a little mailbox and you can put little notes in it and put the flag up)....

    Wow....

This is the BEST toddler book I have read! Most of these 'game' and 'activity' books for kids insist that parents must have tools such as a parachute (HA!!! Yeah, right! On a parent's budget!), huge aerobic balls, etc. The great thing about this one is this is LOADED with truly fun activities with things you can easily scrounge up around your house-- and if you don't have something, it's no more than $2-3 to buy! And- the most important part- BOTH OF MY BOYS (under 2) LOVE THE ACTIVITIES IN IT!! And I love to play with them! I strongly recommend this book to the parents of every busy toddler-- especially in the winter, when we are all ready to pull out our hair from boredom and stress...
