    Great Book for Health and Happiness

    I went looking for a good book to put me in a better mood. I purchased this book because it looked cute and the cover made me smile. Reading the pages each day made me feel better. The book is filled with words of motivation, tasks to complete to feel good and short stories. I would recommend to anyone who needs a boost of happiness.
