The Tao is constantly moving, the path that all life and the whole universe takes. There is nothing that is not part of it—harmonious living is to know and to move with the Tao—it is a way of life, the natural order of things, a force that flows through all life.

365 Tao is a contemporary book of meditations on what it means to be wholly a part of the Taoist way, and thus to be completely in harmony with oneself and the surrounding world.

Deng Ming-Dao is the author of eight books, including The Living I Ching, Chronicles of Tao, Everyday Tao, and Scholar Warrior. His books have been translated into fifteen languages. He studied qigong, philosophy, meditation, and internal martial arts with Taoist master Kwan Saihung for thirteen years, and with two other masters before that.

    365 Tao

This is a wonderful book! It can be read each day and the meditations are very inspiring. Another great advantage is that the daily readings are short but very much to the point. I got hooked on it and felt something was missing when I didn't read the selection for a particular day. Great book and reasonably priced.

What a Wonderful Guide to the Tao

I consider this a must-have for any Taoist library. Even if you aren't a follower of the Tao, you can find a great deal of inspiration in this book.

While written to have a meditation for every day of the year, I often read different entries to find inspiration related to certain situations affecting my present life.

I can't recommend this book enough.

    Pure peace!

I love this gem of a book. I read it each and every day! I wish to thank the person who referred this book--a 'reviewer' of another book (only I can't recall which one) who listed this book as one of his/her 'recommended related titles' Anyway, this book is so awesome. I am so glad that I pay attention to the Barnes&Noble Reviews!!

    I love it!

This book provides many great insights. It reminds us the things we often instinctively know, but forget in the hectic mess of life. It shows us ways that we can live more simply, more naturally and more balanced.

    Gift To A Friend

I received this book as a gift from a friend and every time I pick up this book, I just wanted to thank my friend again. The book gives you a different perspective of viewing things in life. It has helped me to look within and discover the inner strength that I didn't know before. I gave this book to a few friends and I hope they will disover their inner strength and peace.
