    Misleading Title

While there are many wonderful tips in this book for reducing stress, the title indicates that ther will be 365 of them, thinking perhaps one per day. Actually there are 365 paragraphs or topics, or bits of informtation about stress, and not all of them are positive, but are about the negative aspects of stress. I purchased this book looking for the tips and was greatly disappointed.

Not as informative as I had hoped.

There isn't much new information here. Just a restatement in a 365 format. I was disappointed.
