    Best card pack yet!

The cards in the pack are very intriguing. I would recommend getting them only if you have a 39 Clues online account.

    39 clues

This was a really great book I loved it because it is a mystery and I love mystery books. I gave it five stars because it is an awesome book it is about them trying to find clues before the rest of the other kids do.

The main point of the story is to try to find clues for the contest before the other kids do. The other point is to also try to win money after the contest. They are also going to a lot of different places

The plot of the book is like in every place because it is a contest and they have to find them in other places because they are not in the same place. The characters are people that are in the contest and they are part of a big family. The theme is cool and different then all of the other theme I have in other books.

The conclusion is cool and not what I expected and I love it. It also has good detals and a lot of other things and it was out lined good .

I gave it this many stars because I love it so much and is awesome cool. I also gave it this many stars because it is a mystery.

    Misleading and expensive Card Packs

Card pack is misleading. It says "No Two Packs Alike" but you actually get about half new cards and a lot of duplicates. I had to buy four packs, and I'm still missing some critical cards. I have solved 19 out of the 20 clues available and need one more card, but I'm not sure paying another $8.00 on top of the $32 I've already spent will give me the card I need. I like the whole 39 Clues concept but this is a bit of a rip off. So far I have:
    Five Books at $13.00 = $ 65.00
    Three Card Pack # 1 At $8.00 = $ 24.00
    Four Card Pack # 2 At $8.00 = $ 32.00
    Total = $ 121.00
Since we're only half way through the ten books it looks like this is going to get expensive, especially since I'm also playing with my Grandaughter in another city.

The card value is not clearly identified as an asset

My job is to teach reading. To supplement it with interactive "cards" and "games" makes my job easier. However, after buying packs of cards my students are not closer to solving the 39 clues. Comment: If there are going to be 10? 11? BOOKS I'm thinking shame on me for even starting this now. My kids are going to be in grad school by the time this finishes?

    The website is fun.

My kids like the website. The cards go on the website and you try to figure out the clues. Of course, you have to buy lots of packs to get all the cards as some are rare. We haven't done that, so our kids are stuck at the moment.

    these are cool

these card packs are extremely cool because there are so many clues that Amy and Dan have yet to find. I have two of the packs, plus the ones from the books. I logged them on too. These are really cool!

    card pack 1

There were many cards. It took me 19 minutes to get all the cards in the account on the web site. They are very good cards because they provide you with a lot of good numbers.

    A Cool Accessory!

"The 39 Clues Card Pack 1" is an accessory that goes along with Scholastic's "39 Clues" series. This book contains 16 cards total, for books one, two, and three. It is a cool accessory to have if you are a fan of the series!

    more from this reviewer

    It's good.

To Katina: Have you got this anyway? How can you make a review on it if you dont know what it is. Yes the books have cards but only six and the same ones. this has other ones, and it keeps the kids happy.

Okay... now that I said that now the real "review".

The cover art is good (not that is not a book) it has a little guide about the books, cards and clues and there are other "packs" or series that Scholastics will release in time and the will have other cards that this pack wont have. Each package (or what i'm reviewing) has 16 cards and a least 1 rare card and if your lucky an utra-rare card.

Now that I told you what it is (and said something to Katina) my review is over.

    ;-)

    Way Cool Cards!!!!!!!!!

The 39 Clues isn't half as fun without the cards. Two cards each lead to a clue. Plus the puzzles the cards have are awesome. If you want to win the $10,000 grand prize you need the cards. They get you bonus points and clues. I highly recommend the cards. I also recommend The 39 Clues series for the complete adventure.

    What's the point?

Really....why? The only reason that you would get it is if you had had the pleasure of reading the book. But the books already have the cards in them. And why have two sets of cards? 1.Interested by the series.2. Get the books.3. Read the books.4.love the books.5.(THE CARDS ARE INCLUDED SINCE IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO YOU!!!!!!!)Again I go back to why have two sets?Common sense people!
