I like this cookbook and use it to serve dinner to diabetic friends. We especially like the Asian Marinated Mushrooms, Tarragon Sugar Snaps, Skillet Pineapple and a few of the others that I have tried. Like all cookbooks, some recipes are not wonderful, but they are quick and the ingredients readily available. I have recommended this book to some friends and have been asked for a recipe from the book.

This book was very disappointing. This book lacked quick and easy meals with everyday ingredients. I passed the book around to my co-workers and no one found a single recipe they wanted to try. Still on the lookout for a diabetic cook book for everyday meals.
