This is Wendy's second book in the series of 5 Minute Fixes and one worth owning. It allows you to quickly find a
solution without needing to read the book from front to back. It is broken into sections by body part and that is nice.
The book is loaded with photographs and illustrations unlike so many other books. Wendy writes clearly and with
style that takes complex material and makes it readable and understandable. It is worth noting that the book is not
jump for those that jump, but all riders. If you do jump it has a lot of material to help you.
