Unlike other diet books, this one does not give you menus or recipes. There are no rigid guidelines of foods to eat or not eat. Instead, there are suggestions on how to change things yourself for the better. There are also stories of real people who have struggled with their weight, and found help. This is part of an entire series of books following the 40-day plan to bettering yourself and your life. A great addition to the series and a good way to get yourself motivated and strengthen your resolve to lose weight through faith- based motivation.
